Todd leads the bank’s trust and wealth management team and First Brokerage America LLC, its affiliated broker-dealer division. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Sarah Javier has been named president and executive director of the Animal Protective Association of Missouri. She joins the organization from Crider Health Centers, which has locations in St. Charles, Union, Warrenton, Washington and Wentzville. Javier served as vice president of community engagement and advocacy at Crider.
