It’s that time again, when the fashion world unveils its latest trends and hopes the powers-that-be embrace the creative genius behind them. Not to mention consumers, who, ultimately, will decide what is wearable in ‘real life’ and what is not.

So, you might be thinking … what’s new? I’ve been there, worn that. While that might be true, it’s also true that ‘everything that goes around comes around,’ only it comes around in a new way! The most important thing to remember is it’s about your personal style and how to incorporate the ‘new’ looks. Always ask yourself, What do I feel good in? What complements my body type? That way you can look both stylish and beautiful Here are some of my favorites. Which ones will you embrace?

Based on what was seen on the runways in Paris, Milan, London and New York, Fashion Group International (FGI) has compiled a list of top looks that includes a considerable nod to the late ’60s/early ’70s, with flared pants and fringe, ruffled shirts, cropped pants, jumpsuits, wrap skirts, floral/graphic dresses, plaid, knits, velvet jackets, aviator jackets, capes/ponchos, wrap coats, shearling and leather.
