The Cancer Support Community of Greater St. Louis welcomed Angie Wiseman as its new development director. Wiseman brings more than nine years of experience to this role; she was most recently director of development for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Gateway Area chapter. Local entrepreneur Ray Barrett has been elected board chairman for Triumph Pharmaceuticals, the St. Louis-based company that developed Smart Mouth products. A graduate of Saint Louis University, Barrett founded two highly successful international companies and holds several patents for his inventions.

Kids in the Middle has appointed Meredith Friedman as its new CEO. Previously serving as chief development officer, she began at the agency as a volunteer more than 10 years ago.

Dr. Michael Stadnyk has been elected 2015 president of the St. Louis Metropolitan Medical Society, an association of local physicians. Stadnyk is a radiologist with St. Luke’s Hospital and ProSight Radiology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
