kirkwood high school
Senior Addie Wright just celebrated a major volleyball milestone, reaching 1,000 career digs during a game against Ursuline Academy last month. Wright received a special commemorative volleyball to honor the achievement and to recognize her dedication to the Kirkwood High School volleyball program. Her volleyball career will continue next fall when she heads to Marist University in Poughkeepsie, New York, to play at the NCAA Division I level.

o’fallon township high school
Students from the school are heading across the pond! The O’Fallon Township High School Marching Panthers have been invited to participate in the next London Parade, one of the largest street parades in the world. The invitation came from the parade’s co-founder Bob Bone who travelled to O’Fallon with Duncan Sandys, the great grandson of the former British Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill.

The school’s music specialist Katie Solomon was selected as quarterfinalist for the 2027 Music Educator Award presented by the Recording Academy and Grammy Museum. The award recognizes current kindergarten-through-college music educators who have made significant contributions to music education and demonstrate a deep commitment to maintaining music in schools.

st. joseph’s academy
The school community came together to support children facing medically-related hair loss, including that caused by cancer treatments, Alopecia, Trichotillomania and burns. A total of 76 students, faculty, staff and alumna donated more than 600 inches of hair to the nonprofit Children With Hair Loss. St. Joseph’s Academy has held an annual hair donation event since 2009, with thousands of inches of hair having gone to children in need.

the whitfield school
Congrats to junior Logan Harmon! He finished in sixth place in the 15-16 Boys 800-meter final at the 2026 AAU Junior Olympic Games in Des Moines, Iowa. Harmon raced with a personal-best time of 1:55.93, which places him among the top three runners in Missouri in his grade level.
