[WHY] Pedal the Cause is a community-wide fundraising bike challenge for riders of all ages and abilities. 100% of the proceeds stay in St. Louis to fund innovative cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
