The community-wide bike challenge is an annual weekend-long fundraiser that includes Taste the Cause, when top local chefs cook their best at the Chesterfield Amphitheater before an evening program. One-hundred percent of the proceeds from all festivities stay in St. Louis to fund innovative cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
