global acclaim | Congrats to Tre Cuori! The Ellisville gelateria attended the Gelato World Masters in Rome, Italy, where it earned the prestigious Gelato World Master Crown and achieved a top 60 world ranking. “This recognition is especially meaningful because our business began as the dream of a Brazilian immigrant family who moved to Missouri more than a decade ago,” chef owner Tassia Rezende says. “What started as a passion for creating authentic Italian gelato has grown into a beloved neighborhood gathering place where families and friends come together to celebrate life’s special moments.”

A new upscale dining location is coming to downtown St. Louis—just steps away from Busch Stadium. The Clydesdale – A Clark Avenue Tavern is opening in the iconic Budweiser Brew House. From Chef Kevin Nashan, the concept will blend elevated dining with timeless tavern nostalgia. “St. Louis has one of the most passionate and evolving dining communities in the country,” Nashan says.“We wanted to build the kind of restaurant people can make part of their routine–whether that’s grabbing a burger before the game, celebrating with friends, or settling in for dinner. Great food, great drinks and genuine hospitality never go out of style.

The Busch Family has launched a new wine-driven nonprofit supporting brain cancer patients. Grapes for Glioblastoma is an initiative from Folded Hills Winery, co-founded by Kim and Andy Busch. The family has a personal connection to the cause as Andy was diagnosed with glioblastoma in 2023. The nonprofit provides direct financial assistance to families dealing with the often-overlooked costs of treatment, including travel to specialty hospitals, lodging, meals, childcare, caregiving support, home modifications and more. A portion of proceeds from every bottle of Folded Hills wine sold will go directly toward Grapes for Glioblastoma patient grants.
