BJC Healthcare recently broke ground on a 16-bed hospice house to be located on the Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital campus in Creve Coeur. The new facility will nearly double the hospice house beds currently available in St. Louis and will offer the first hospice house beds for pediatric patients.

More than 150 boys from 15 local schools participated in the Let Me Run Grand Slam 5K at the Gateway Grizzlies Stadium in Sauget, Ill. The running program for boys in fourth through eighth grade encourages emotional and physical well-being.
