The virtual event also featured students from Thomas Jefferson School and Jefferson High School, and it included a panel of volunteer judges and mentors from around the U.S. and Lithuania. Students took turns in the roles of mediator client and advocate while the panel assessed their ability to work collaboratively, listen, guide parties toward a resolution, adapt and pivot quickly, and advocate for their ideas.
