Tracy Cecil, BA, LNHA, Executive Director

Tracy came to McKnight Place Assisted Living as the Executive Director in October of 2017. Tracy’s educational background includes an associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy, a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, and in 2009 she became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Before assuming her post as the current Executive Director for McKnight Place Assisted Living, Tracy served as Administrator of Parc Provence (also a Gatesworth Community) and she trained for almost four years as the assistant administrator both at Parc Provence and McKnight Place Skilled Nursing.

Tracy’s knowledge and work ethic has earned her the Dementia Care Master Clinician Certificate, the Rehabilitation Excellence Award from Friesen Enterprises, and also the Rehabilitation Department Award from the National Health Care Organization. As a senior care specialist, she has been instrumental in assisting residents and their families, training staff, and supporting the management team at McKnight Place Assisted Living.
