This show will make you happy for the family you have because the Roy family is one you sure don’t want to be a part of! Four very different children all want their father’s attention (and a shot at the title of CEO), but their father’s attention is focused on his large media conglomerate. There is plenty of back-stabbing, which should come as no surprise since the daughter’s nickname is Shiv. It sucks you right in, and the next thing you know, you have binge-watched the entire first season.

Some people actually do seek professional help, and if you ever have sat on the other side of the couch, you definitely have wondered, “What in the world does my therapist really think about me?” This book gives you a peek into a therapist’s practice and introduces you to a variety of her clients who all suffer from different issues. I must say, nearly every one of them is relatable. But the very best part is when the author writes about her own therapy, brought on by the sudden break up of a long-term relationship. It proves everyone really should talk to someone.
