beth schultz | dielmann sotheby’s international realty

Beth Schultz was born in St. Louis, but between kindergarten and junior year, she and her family moved 13 times. She says she became a realtor five years ago (having been an adjunct professor of communication studies at SIUE) because she knows very well how hard moving can be. “I love to move, but still it’s stressful,” she says. “In this job, I know what people are going through; I try to hold their hand and guide them through. It isn’t just a transaction.” Schultz lives in University City and has raised her four children there.
