The new dining experience will allow guests to explore a greater variety of dishes than its Farmers Feast format, which provided diners with an entirely chef-curated experience. “We are thrilled to be updating the Vicia experience and providing our guests with what we believe is our most vibrant, creative and fun dining option to-date,” executive chef Michael Gallina says. The new menu will launch in April.
