The Big Muddy Dance Company has announced its move to The Marcelle Theater in the Grand Center Arts District. Operated by Kranzberg Arts Foundation, the building includes a newly renovated dance studio, 150-seat theater, reception area and office space. The company of 12 dancers will begin its 2015-16 season in the new space Aug. 1.

Ooh La La Home Furnishings, which has been at its current Chesterfield location since 2005, is closing its doors. Owner Hal Hencken is retiring from the retail business. Wife Dee Hencken and daughter Felicia Cox will continue to offer interior design services privately. A store-wide closing/retirement sale is going on now.
