It was a great place to raise a family. My kids loved living in the neighborhood.
What are some standout features of the home?
We added a major addition with a new kitchen and hearth room as well as an outdoor room with a fireplace. The kitchen was designed around a huge island. There’s plenty of space and room to entertain. It’s my favorite part of the home, and the place where we spent the most time as a family—we always had a puzzle going or were spending time outside together.
Did you entertain often?
The home is great for entertaining—both indoors and out. We loved hosting family and friends, and we threw many parties. There is wonderful flow between spaces, especially between the kitchen and outdoor room.
Tell me about the outdoor spaces.
The outdoor room has a wood burning fireplace and heater so we enjoyed using it year round. The backyard is the best, and there also is a nice side yard with a Sport Court. The patio also was great when the weather was nice. It included a big deck and a barbecue pit.
