A Girl’s Best Friend

Candy is dandy, and flowers are fragrant; perfume is pleasant, fur is frivolous. But when it comes to material gifts, diamonds are a girl’s best friend. Feel free, however, to interpret that loosely, since amethysts, pearls, emeralds and tourmalines make pretty good friends, too.
