Its agents have earned numerous designations including the esteemed Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and other accreditations the team has include Senior Specialist, Luxury Home Specialist, Green designation and more. “We try to be not just great salespeople, but also leaders within the industry,” says Hall.

With its headquarters in Clayton, and many of its agents also residing there, Warner Hall Group is consistently one of the top-producing realtors in the area. “You don’t just sell a house, you sell a community and a lifestyle, and that’s what we take the most pride in,” Warner says. “Every home we market and every buyer we work with, we try to make sure we’re matching their desired lifestyle with the house.”

“Our business is 90% past clients,” says Warner. “We now work with children or grandchildren of couples who we have worked with in the past.”
