She most recently served as senior vice president of advancement and external affairs at the Wyman Center and has several years of experience in the corporate, nonprofit and government sectors.


Peggy Fiala
has been named head of school at Chesterfield Day School after a unanimous vote by the board of trustees. Fiala has 30 years of teaching experience in addition to serving as middle school principal and counselor at John Burroughs School.

has hired Laura Robbins as chief development officer to direct fundraising efforts and create a comprehensive development plan. Robbins has 10 years of nonprofit experience and is earning her MBA at Washington University.


Argent Capital Management
has named Mark Caplinger its new chief operating officer. He previously served as chief investment officer at Mariner Wealth Advisors and senior consultant at Summit Strategies Group.
