indo | The acclaimed Southeast Asian restaurant has announced the promotion of Hana Chung to Chef de Cuisine. Chung has been a key member of the Indo team since opening, having previously served as sous chef. In her new leadership role, she will continue helping guide the restaurant’s evolving menu while fostering a collaborative kitchen culture. Originally from Connecticut, Chung attended culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in St. Charles and has worked in several notable local kitchens, including Juniper, Randolfi’s, Yellowbelly, Vista and Byrd & Barrel.

Chairman and CEO Orvin Kimbrough has been selected to serve on the Federal Reserve Board’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council. This national advisory body provides input to the Federal Reserve Board of Governors on the economy, lending conditions and issues affecting community depository institutions. It includes 12 members, with one representative chosen from each Federal Reserve District. Kimbrough’s selection to the council follows his recent appointment as chair of the Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

The nonprofit has named Angela Franks as Director of its Child Care WAGE$ Missouri project. The new initiative is designed to improve retention among early childhood educators in St. Louis County through education-based compensation. Franks brings more than 20 years of experience as an educator and ecosystem builder to the role. Prior to joining Child Care Aware of Missouri, she served as principal for ARK Consulting Services. She holds a Master of Arts in Education, Curriculum and Instruction from Fontbonne University and a bachelor’s in psychology from Webster University.

He also manages probate and trust administration matters, prepares federal and state gift and estate tax returns, and assists clients with business formation and planning. Horton earned a bachelor’s in finance from Belmont University and received a law degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
