Mosaics Fine Art Festival recently received a $24,381 grant with public support from the Missouri Arts Council. This year’s festival will take place Sept. 15 through 17 on Main Street in historic St. Charles. The three-day, family friendly festival features artwork from more than 100 juried artists from 16 states.
