Both Derek and Jani note that not only has working together fostered professional growth, it has allowed them to become closer as well. “I love to come to work, and it’s been fun to grow professionally with my oldest child,” she says. “We learn from each other every day. While we bring different strengths and resources to the table, our mission statement is the same: Treat people like you would want to be treated.”

The Meyers both live in Chesterfield, and they are excited to help grow the community they’ve worked in and enjoyed for years. “St. Louis is a big little town,” Jani notes. “It’s a very connected community, and everybody is important.
