4 oz. ancho powder
6 oz. ground Kaldi’s coffee
4 oz. packed brown sugar
2 oz. smoked paprika
1 oz. dried oregano
1 oz. black pepper
1 oz. ground coriander
1 oz. mustard powder
1 T chili flakes
1 T ground ginger
2 oz. kosher salt
» Mix all together well, and rub on the steak.
» Let sit for 2 to 3 hours to get full flavor.
» Cook as desired.
